Aberdulais, a small village nestled in the Neath Valley in South Wales, is a place rich in natural beauty and industrial heritage. One of the most captivating sights is the Aberdulais Falls, a powerful waterfall formed where the Dulais River meets the River Neath. The falls have not only sculpted a dramatic landscape but have also played a key role in the area’s industrial past. Once the site of a tinplate works, the falls were harnessed for water power, and today visitors can still explore the remnants of the old industrial buildings that surround them.
Managed by the National Trust, the Aberdulais Tin Works and Waterfall site offers an educational and scenic experience.
