Q. How safe are the bouncy castles?
A. At Fun Times all our inflatables are manufactured to British Safety Standard BSEN14960-2014 and are rigorously tested and inspected by a fully certified RPII Inspector. Every inflatable has a risk assessment and a dynamic risk assessment is carried out on every delivery and set up. In addition all electrical equipment is inspected and PAT tested.
Q. Do you have insurance?
A. Yes we have comprehensive Public Liability Insurance for £5,000,000 and additional cover for licenced premises. To see a copy of our insurance please contact us.

Q. Can I have an inflatable delivered to any venue?
A. We will deliver to any venue as long as there is sufficient space/room. Some venues are too small to take a bouncy castle. If a ceiling is too low and there is nowhere suitable outside to erect a bouncy castle. We will require images of the venue supplied to us so we ensure the equipment ordered will fit in the venue you have booked etc.
Q. I have a venue booked in for a specific amount of time. Can you deliver and collect the inflatable at the times we need?
A. Yes of course - however sometimes due to our work schedule we will need to request specific delivery and collection times to suit our route of that day, but this would be made clear to you upon booking so you are totally aware and ok with this prior to confirming the booking et :)
Q. How much is it to hire a bouncy castle?
A. All prices and delivery charges are displayed on our website. However sometimes there are additional surcharges for later pick up or overnight hire that may need to be added on top of the advertised price, but this would all be discussed and made clear to you before booking confirmed etc.
Q. Have you got bouncy castles to suit boys and girls?
A. Yes we have a wide range of bouncy castles which will suit both boys, girls and unisex Castles. we also have adult castles and party games too. All of which are on the website for you to view.
Q. Does the price change depending on amount of time required?
A. Yes. for all the inflatables we base this on collections no later than 5pm - after 5pm we charge to keep the staff out working later to collect the item etc.
Q. Can we hire the bouncy castle overnight?
A. Yes some but not all of our equipment is available for overnight hires, please enquire.
Q. Can we cancel our booking at any time?
A. Please refer to our terms and conditions which will apply. The 25% deposit is non refundable and if the booking is within one month of the hire date the full payment is also due and non refundable. However we may offer you an alternative hire date etc.
Q. Are your bouncy castles suitable for indoor and outdoors?
A. Yes all our inflatables are manufactured for outdoor use as well as inside.
However some inflatables will be too big for indoor venues.
